Felt like a lot of restocking was happening so a lot of empty space, disappointing. Weird no bag policy also which I mean isn’t that big of a deal but also I feel like it should be optional

Be careful returning at this store. I returned my online order here. The employee told me I'd receive an email confirmation of my return. He did not give me a return receipt and I did not receive an email. I have contacted customer service 3 times and they keep telling me they have issued my refund and I will "receive a refund in 3-5 days". The time goes by and I receive nothing. This is a scam and fraud. They accepted the shoes in store and never processed the refund so I don't have the shoes and I never received the money back that I paid. I will absolutely never be shopping here again.

I have never had any issues at this store. The sales person assisted me with my request for coupons because I was a regular customer.

A pretty good selection. Bad point stopped supplying bags after purchase. Quite awkward to carry boxes and boxes of shoes!!! BRING PAPER BAG BACK!!!

Pretty good deals, but like most shoes stores the common sizes are quickly sold out. You can place orders online and pick them up at no charge. They usually have a decent selection of styles.

There's about 12 pairs of shoes inside for men; and most of which are sold out or only have 2 sizes, and about 63,947 for women. So I figure 1 star for men, 5 stars for women. So I went right down the middle and rated it 3 stars. EDIT: I've since been back and the selection for men is now ample. Changed from 3 to 5!

Store has a great selection of inventory. Cashier was rude, holding her finger up in my face and slow. Aisles were cluttered and not recovered from previous shoppers. End of aisles have about 2' of space to navigate through and is packed full of overstock items, support beams, and they have tried to fit a couple of benches in that area to try on shoes. Poorly laid out and certainly not ADA compliant.
